Headquartered in Tallahassee, Florida, SR Companies supports teams and operations across multiple states and service lines. Our organization includes senior living communities, hotels and resorts, home health services, development, and corporate support teams.

Where Our Story Began
SR Companies’ story is rooted in a personal experience. In the 1990s, CEO & Founder Don Bishop’s family walked through the process of finding care for his Aunt Gladys. That experience helped shape a belief that still guides us today: people deserve to be cared for with dignity, compassion, and the same respect we would want for our own family.
That belief eventually led to the founding of SRI Management in 2000 and has continued to influence the growth of SR Companies. Today, across senior living, hospitality, home health, and development, our work remains centered on people serving people.
